"Thank you very much for taking the time to give some helpful information. I will pursue these ideas and let you know if I find any other answers. By the way, I dont think that I told you that this is the first Jaguar that I have owned although I have been a fan for many years. I went looking on the Internet during the summer/fall of 2008 and happened to find the Silverstone that I purchased. This in some ways fulfills a lifelong dream. Thanks for being there and for your interest in helping others. "

"I must say that I am very impressed, not only with the new Website, but also by the determination and energy displayed by Letitia in founding and driving this venture; especially considering some early opposition and self doubts. I am pleased to have been able to contribute a few articles from time to time, and have always been rewarded in seeing these published in a most complimentary manner. I also like the family style contribution. I wish I could be more supportive, but living in Spain makes this difficult. Good luck for the future Letitia. "

"When I purchased my first Jaguar (1993 XJ-S) getting information that was beneficial was few and far between. I sold it and moved on to a 1999 XK8 and as before I found little or no information on the car. I began developing my own data on the car when I had the dreaded Nikasil problem. A new engine and several years I still hear questions raised about Nikasil. So I attempted to pull everything on Nikasil together. It was with the exclusive help of The Xclusively Jaguar site and the help from Letitia that I was able to put together all the information to inform the uninformed. This is not the first time I have worked with Letitia and it will not be the last. I like how they do business and the quality of information they provide. A great resource for all Jaguar owners! Letitia keep informing the uninformed! "

"Thanks for your quick response as usual and your invaluable information. I appreciate the fact that, although you may not be able to help me directly, you always point me in the direction of someone who can be of assistance to me. I absolutely LOVE Jaguar Cars and with people like you around to assist, its all the more reason to keep these wonderful cars in perfect order for years to come. I thankyou for your interest – nowadays people dont take the time to add that personal touch, so when someone does, like you, it truly shows that there are still sincere people out there who simply get pleasure out of the job that they do and the excellent customer service that they provide. I will contact you should I need any further assistance with any parts or with advice concerning the Jags that my family and I have. (it should be no secret, just how wonderful your service is). Do have a great day, Allan "

"Letitia, you are AMAZING!!! I cant thank you enough for the press release, in particular. I purchased my Silverstone earlier this year from a broker, primarily because I thought it was one of the most beautiful automobiles Id ever seen...second only to the XK120, which I could never afford. But I knew very little about the Silverstone, and could only find magazine articles about it on the internet. The press release youve provided is everything I need. Thank you again for providing such outstanding service, and for your devotion to the Jaguar brand and image. JJ "

"It is with regret that I have today requested to be deleted from the Mailing List ox Xclusively Jaguar. Having been a recipient since it`s formation I have always found the site to be full of interesting articles and information which have greatly added to the enjoyment of owning one of the greatest vehicles of our time. It was through the site that I developed a really good relationshp with a supplier of spares and for that I am extremely grateful. At times I thought that the Cabriolets appeared to be taking over to the detriment of the Coupes but nevertheless the overall result was an excellent web-site. It is with regret that I have to admit that our Government have finally managed to come between me and my Jaguar but I have some great memories and I wish Letitia all of the best for the future. "
